Would recommend to any member. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Crashes - Most useful functions don’t work *2015-10-15* The app continuously crashes, requires a login every time, Chronic medication application does just spins at the end. ### 2/5 — Pre authorization not efficient. *2024-05-21, version 5.0.7* After multiple events, I can confirm the Preauth, does not have the procedures required, can’t find the Mediclinic, unable to add number of days, extremely frustrating and voids the benefit of such an application. Overall not a very stable app, authentication related, however the remainder seems adequate. It allows me to check the history of my claims, all my benefits balances. I can also check my monthly invoices/deduction as per my selected benefit package. I also love the fact that I can always check what is covered in my selected choice. I can easily see my MSA balance and the claims submitted. For the claims submitted, it even shows you the date and details of the doctor.
