The controls are extremely confusing. It’s blatantly obvious that the app developer did NOT design the app for everyday regular use. It was extremely difficult to set up the WiFi connection, nearly impossible to set up recording, and the app freezes up. Can’t even view camera just by hotspot anymore. Also the device ID suddenly changed in the LAN and doesn’t match the camera when I first set it up. I wonder if it’s spyware at this point. I’ve emailed numerous times with no help. I should have listened to reviews. Returning camera for something higher end and with customer service that actually helps. Super frustrating. Then it stoped working all together, so I reset it a few times. Then tried deleting the app and rebooting to it. I was finally able to get the app to connect to the clock but it won’t show connected (off line). Now it will not give any options to hook up to the new WiFi. I’ve deleted the app and started fresh even but the WiFi setting tab will not even open. You set the motion activation to low and it still goes off all the time filling the sacarse. If you save a clip it won’t play. Sad card doesn’t work unless you format it to the camera but then these card isn’t compatible to any other devices to actually be able to download and review the clips. And when reviewing the sad card in the app the video and audio are not in sync. Absolutely a waste of money. I really like it n it’s a life saviour and best of all it records for free ### 5/5 — Perfect Nanny-Cam *2022-01-23, version 1.1.4* Easy to set up, easy to use. It will disconnect from wi-if when only on battery, but that’s what the SD card is for. I just leave it plugged into power and have no issues. Haven’t figured out how secure it is, since I can use the app and see my cameras when I am not on my network. Not sure why since, but now it’s been good for multiple weeks since and seems to work every time.
