Die App ist aber aus einer Zeit in der gefühlt noch mit Abakus gerechnet wurde. Hier meine zwei Hauptkritikpunkte: 1) Völlig unintuitiv wie man zwischen Buchungsansichten wechseln kann weil es drei oder vier verschiedene Optionen gibt zu buchen. Man kann nirgendwo übersichtlich sehen welche Autos wann und wo verfügbar sind. Wenn man während einer Buchung einmal auf „zurück“ klickt ist man häufig wieder ganz am Anfang und muss alles neu eingeben. 2) Man bekommt nach der Nutzung teilweise die Rechnung für die Fahrt erst einen Monat später, möchte man diese mit Freunden verrechnen muss man sich also immer irgendwo vermerken wann Cambio wohl so weit ist. Die Rechnung wird außerdem nur in einer Subkategorie irgendwo in den Tiefen des Profils als PDF zum Download angeboten. **Developer response:** Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Passengers can drive the car. You can travel within Europe. 100% Oh. Also the app is mediocre. But it’s good enough. Customer support is easy to reach if anything goes wrong. ### 4/5 — Bisher ganz brauchbar *2026-02-08* Ich nutze Cambio jetzt gut zwei Jahre. Bisher hat immer alles super verlässlich geklappt. Aber nahezu alle Buchungen in 2026 waren mit Problemen behaftet, bis hin zum Totalausfall. Natürlich ist mir klar, das es technische Probleme oder Unfälle geben kann und es daher mal zu einer Umbuchung kommen kann, aber die Häufigkeit mit der das derzeit vorkommt, lassen mich wieder über ein eigenes Auto nachdenken. Die 15€ Entschädigung sind zwar nett, aber die Probleme die eine kurzfristige Absage mit sich bringt sind so herausfordernd, das am Ende ein negatives Gefühl zurück bleibt und das Vertrauen in die Zuverlässigkeit des Angebotes stark angekratzt ist. Bei wichtigen Terminen überlege ich mir in Zukunft zweimal ob ich mir das nochmal antun möchte. Would be too much to list all the issues. Would recommend hiring a top UX designer to redesign it ### 4/5 — App okay aber Autos top! *2025-01-13* Hallo zusammen, ich bin euch so dankbar für das tolle Fahrerlebnis. Ich hätte mir niemals ein Auto direkt aufeinmal leisten können, da ich noch studiere und so kann ich dennoch Auto fahren und üben. Da ich ohne meine Eltern lebe und weit weg von der Heimat ist das für mich die einzige Möglichkeit. Das einzige was mich stört ist die App. Mir war bei der Buchung nicht bewusst, welches Auto ich erhalte und ob es ein Navi hat, Berganfahrhilfe, bluetooth. Die Autos sind top ausgestattet und das sollte meiner Meinung nach in der App stehen. Ansonsten sieht die App etwas altmodisch aus. Schade ist auch, dass man keine One Way Fahrten machen kann, wie bei Miles. Außerdem werden mir meine Kosten nicht direkt angezeigt. Edit: newer versions of the app had the issue fixed, and I can use it again.
