子供に受けさせていますがレッスンのレベルが高くて安心できます。予約は即時は無理なのですが数時間後なら予約とれるので思い立った日に予約を入れられて便利です。

Our experience is disappointing, there not taking it seriously, it is really difficult to find a good teacher and reserve a session with them it is time consuming then they might cancel only 2 hours before the lesson, at that time u don’t have many good options to choose from, this has happened to me many times, think twice before joining..

They force you to take 3 lessons monthly while most of the teachers their schedule are busy for months especially good ones or you will your minutes, for Cambly kids the topics are boring they keep repeating the same classes ”seasons” sounds like they don't have any other subjects to discuss!!

Sometimes lessons are canceled by the teacher on short notice, which makes the learning experience here very unstable.

메시지가 오거나 수업초대가 오면 알림이 떠요. 모든 알림을 확인하고 완료했는데도 계속 알림이 있습니다. 선생님 메시지를 기다리고 있는 경우에 이 알림이 매우 불편합니다. 어플 개선 업데이트 좀 하길 바랍니다.

수업 예약 하면서 아이 레벨도 제대로 체크했고 도형이랑 감정 그정도 주제만 갖고 이야기해줬으면 좋겠다고 메세지도 남겼는데 30분에 많은거 바라지 않고 그냥 요즘 배웠던 내용을 원어민과 몇마디라도 나눠봤으면 싶었음 근데 밑도끝도 없이 자기가 만든 파워 포인트 들고나와서 그냥 막 들이댐 선생님마다 컨셉이나 자료차이 너무 심한 거 같음 별 영개

끊은 지 꽤 되었는데 갑자기 50만원 이상을 결제해갔네요 이해가 안돼서.. 상담 해봐도 계속 똑같이 환불 받으라고만 하고 이유도 안 알려주시네요 이렇게 시간 잡아먹는 앱일 줄 알았으면 지난 2년 도움 받지 말 걸 그랬습니다 여러모로 실망이네요 50만원이 왜 갑자기 나갔는지 모르겠네요 이렇게 허술했으면 깔지도 않았습니다

Não fiquei satisfeita com o sistema da Cambly Kids. Entrei em contato pra cancelamento e não tive nenhuma resposta da empresa. Não há um sistema automático de cancelamento facilitado pela empresa ( como outros aplicativos de assinatura: Amazon, Netflix, etc).
Tenha certeza do plano que deseja fazer. Desapontador.

Thanks Cambly for creating such an amazing app for kids who want to learn English or improve their English skills! The app is perfect, having teachers that have certifications to work with children is really good and also the historical lesson recordings give chance to repeat the lessons afterwards.
