cambly的规则是不醒目的，是用着App叫你去官网看规则的，是App一大段小字内容藏着坑未进行任何加粗提示的。是你本周课上多了要付费，上少了就没了的规则。一周两次课少上了没有任何将清零的提示，app也没有消息通知。谢谢你，经过写邮件沟通也挽回不了任何损失的规则。

I’ve tried it before but honestly it wasn’t for me, the tutors mostly make a small talk and I felt like I was wasting session time to come up with something to talk about or topic to discuss..

حملته واشتركت وانصدمت انه سيئ جدا مافيه مواضيع ومنهج محدد او قواعد نقدر نتعلمها ،،،من اول يوم دخلت وهل تسألني وش سويتي وين رحتي فقط ،،،ونقعد ساعه نشرح لبعض وبالقوة نتفاهم وراح الاشتراك كله سواليف وخرابيط ،،،مستحيل اكرر التجربه واعتبرها ضياع فلوس بكل امانه ومصداقيه للجميع يوجد تطبيقات منافسه افضل بكثير بخطه دراسيه واضحه وقرمر مدروس و تشتغل على المهارات قراءه وكتابه و استماع و كتابه امازهذا للاسف سئ للغايه

Cambly was there for me while I was backpacking Eastern Europe and I’m thankful for the opportunity to earn quickly and get paid shortly after. Basically saved me when I was down to my last dollar. My account remained active for years and during the pandemic I needed to go back to it. When I finally left my job, I was able to start up again with Cambly. It has improved and developed so much to include scheduling and lessons and priority hours. I love it even more now! It’s so cool to witness the upgrades. I’ve made some amazing friendships and met up with students that holds a soft spot in my heart. I don’t think I could ever leave. I really wish they’d make a Spanish learners version so that I could become a student on there 🥰

レッスン自体は、素晴らしい先生に教えていただけているため、週5回数年にわたり、留学先から帰国後の英語力の維持のため、楽しく受講させていただいています。先生の中には一言も発言を許さず一方的に終了されるような方もいらっしゃいましたが、良い先生沢山いらっしゃいます。しかしアプリ面で、iPhone用のCamblyアプリでは昨年秋以降、アプリを開いてからホーム画面を表示するまでに約1分要する(毎回再現)レッスン中の先生からのチャットが届かない(2回に1回ほど発生)という状況を確認しています。iOSの最新化やアプリの再インストール、ネットワークのスピードテストチェックなどでは解決は困難と感じており、他にも同様の状況を経験されている方がいらっしゃるか気になっています。

11/12/2025  I don’t mind if the teacher changes,but why did they also change the time?  I joined because I can book a time that works for me,so changing it without asking me doesn’t make sense.  Please fix this.  Just sending a message saying they changed it isn’t enough.When you sent the message,I was still sleeping,and when I woke up,the lesson had already started.  I wasted a lesson….

17/12/2025  The teacher did not show up for the lesson.
I waited for 15 minutes, but no one joined.Your guide says I should be able to rebook if the teacher doesn’t show up, but this option never appeared.The help button mentioned in the instructions was also missing, so I couldn’t report the issue.
Despite this, the lesson was marked as consumed.
I paid for this lesson, but I received no class. This is unacceptable.

No son claros con los términos, cuando pagas y empiezas te limitan el tiempo de estudio a la semana, con eso hacen que aumentes el plan, se vuelve muy costoso para lo aprendes. La herramienta es aburrida y vuelves a lo mismo de siempre. 

No te da la opción de garantía, ni por 24 horas.
