Also, every once in a while when I press “login with FaceID” it says that the information is incorrect and then I have to manually enter password. Please, fix these issues as they are very annoying and frustrating — other than that I love this app! ### 1/5 — App does not open *2026-05-08, version 3.7.6* Since the last IOS 26.4.2 I have been unable to open the app. it goes to a grey screen saying updating content with a spinning arrow and does not progress. I cannot use the app and when I try to enter my account using safari it only allows me to log on if I first delete the app from my phone. This is when using 5g cellular connection. ### 3/5 — Face ID *2025-09-12, version 3.7.4* Please, please stop turning off Face ID every time you do a minor tweak to the app. It’s easy to save this setting! ### 1/5 — Terrible!! *2025-05-06, version 3.7.4* Last October I opened the app to view my balances and make a transfer, and as I went to log in, the system told me I have an error! I looked into it further and it claims I’ve entered the wrong password too many times even though I tried once and it failed. Face ID didn’t work and my password which I have saved and written down was deemed incorrect. When this happened last it resulted in me having to call their help line and change my password. Super unnecessary. Avoidable yet here, it happened again tonight. Will likely have to call tomorrow and take 30-45 minutes out of my day again to fix an issue that shouldn’t be MY issue. ### 5/5 — Functionality *2025-01-03, version 3.7.0* Love the added functionality- well done Cambrian ### 1/5 — Constant technical issues *2024-12-29, version 3.7.0* Ever since the update, I can no longer sign in with Face ID. It works once, then I have to re-enable it almost every time I sign in. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2024-12-08, version 3.7.0* New features make app even more cumbersome to use. It’s not difficult to make an app for simple banking. Frustrating enough to leave this cu! ### 1/5 — New app doesn’t work on Older IPhones, great non customer service…… *2024-12-05, version 3.7.0* New app is a joke, Cambrian IT dept developed a new app that doesn’t work on older IPhones which are still available… Great customer service and doesn’t meet consumers needs, other that spending a exorbitant amount on a new phone to work on their app!!!! ### 1/5 — App two factor *2023-08-30* The online app use to be good, but since you added two factor it’s be absolutely the most annoying app available.
