I used to save many books in this app to read later. However, after logging back into my account recently, all of my saved books have completely disappeared.

There seems to be an issue with data synchronization or account cloud storage. I hope this bug gets fixed soon, and I would like to know if there is any way to recover my lost data. Looking forward to your response.

I personally like the light mode helps you focus more but it strains the learners eyes while using it and the battery drains faster cause the brightness is on normal but still a strain to the eyes

ts pmo why does it keep randomly going back a page for literally no reason i will be trying to scroll down and it just decides on its own that i actually want to be on the previous page why is this an issue

I put code of my math txtbook and workbook but it only showed the workbook so like where8s the test book? It showed it on the google website but in the app it doesn’t the heeell. And also the format is annoying. Like u’re clicking on the forward button and it just starts moving.

I’ve registered 4 books there, but the app does not work. It is just loading the book forever and that’s it! So it is useless. Developers, could you check your app?

Clearly the designers have never actually tried to read a textbook with it because they would have seen how inconvenient it is.

手机版根本无法添加书籍，只能用电脑版才能添加。而且添加之后手机版要删除再重新下载才能看到书本已添加。然后就是最逆天的来了，打开软件5秒钟内必闪退。反正只有在电脑上才能正常使用，手机版纯摆设。

lack of the split screen facility, lack of ability to scroll horizontally or vertically, always randomly changes pages when not done anything to it, lack of landscape view which is horrible because the screen doesn’t cover half of the pages, basically just the worst and inconvenient app I’ve ever used

The app itself is too slow and laggy, and the glitches are frustrating ! Minimising the app and opening it back again , restarts it . And there are no animations as such . Fixed bugs and glitches would make a big difference !

The app does not seem to work on an iPhone, and also does not work well on a tablet. In both cases, claiming the screen is too small. 

I am struggling to see its point, if it can only work off a desktop.

If you insist on your own reader, at least make sure it matches the competition.

Every time I scroll down or up there is a chance it goes to the previous page. How can something as simple as that not function normally? Horrible user experience, I wanted to throw my iPad at the wall.

This app keeps logging me out every now and then. When logging in with same credentials as web browser, it doesn’t go through. It doesn’t have option for reset password.

The app lags. The interface is barely operable- it’s hard to switch from book to book and make annotations. Moreover, I need to sign into the app every two weeks despite me using this app every day. The app’s interface is not good on both ipad and mac. Most buttons do not work. You need to refresh the app every time you switch tabs. As students, we rely on this app as regular textbooks are too heavy to carry around. What kind of app is this that I can only use half the time to access my textbook?

Using the website is so much better but you cant even do that as they say you have to use the app. You cant scroll through textbooks without it sending you back a chapter randomly and it doesn’t even fit the screen.

I have to use this app to access my school text books and it is the most annoying app to use. When I want to scroll to a particular part on a page it will randomly go to the previous or next page. Sometimes it will even do this without the screen being touched. If I want to turn the page, it only works 50% of the time which is also frustrating. If my phone times out and turns off when I’m using the app, it shuts off completely, forcing me to reopen the app and select the text book and page again which is also annoying especially multiple times in every lesson. The text books and worked examples are incredibly useful but the app itself is very poorly designed and needs a lot of work, especially because we must pay for access to the textbooks.

Please make it so that I can scroll sideways, I can’t see worked solutions

단어의 정의를 보기 위해 누르면 갑자기 전페이지로 돌아가서 미칠 것 같습니다 질문 답하려고 설명 읽는데 손 떼면 갑자기 전전페이지인데 페이지마다 따로 나눠져있는 게 아니라 특정 페이지는 연결되어 내려야 나워서 더 번거롭네요 설명 보려고 누르고 되돌아가고 다시 내려서 읽던 거 찾고 누르고 되돌아가고 찾고 반복되니 좀 짜증나서 리뷰남김니다 가끔 페이지를 더 내리려고 할 때도 같은 현상이 발생하는데 돈 내고 이용하는 만큼 좀 더 신경 써 주셨으면 감사하겠습니다

However, I am using an iPhone and I would really like for it to be able to become on that landscape mode to be better to see the ebooks in my iPhone.
