Good bank. ### 5/5 — Works great *2026-04-20, version 1.1.251100* Does everything I need ### 2/5 — Old app better, pls restore memo display on internal transfers *2026-04-03, version 1.1.251100* The new app is not horrible, but I miss certain features in the old app, like seeing all my accounts without having to click on a 2nd link, seeing the memo on internal transfers, which I use often and now miss it very much. It’s harder than the old app. It involves more steps and more digging to get to where you want to go. Additionally they’ve removed the small calculator which was helpful to have on the screen. I don’t know why they put this app up unless it’s supposed to be better for the bank itself. ### 1/5 — New App is shameful *2026-03-18, version 1.1.251100* Does CSB take the time to actually take into account its customers and their opinions. This new App is inferior in design. ### 1/5 — New app is clunky and slow *2026-03-14, version 1.1.251100* Why did they try to fix what wasn’t broken? Old app was clean, quick and simple. This new one is horrible in every way. It’s slower and the UI is ugly and counterintuitive. Feels like it was made in 2010 ### 3/5 — Not as bad as others said *2026-03-08, version 1.1.251100* I was very worried about this new app, given all the negative feedback. I was able to transfer everything over quickly and able to deposit checks, which is the only thing I do on the app. One QOL feature that did not make the migration is that the check deposit feature no longer detects and fills in the check amount so you have to do it manually. It would be nice if they added this back in. ### 1/5 — Can we award negative stars? *2026-03-07, version 1.1.251100* This app is like something out of 2017. Everything takes more clicks than before. Finding what you need is much harder. Clearly not chosen for user experience. ### 1/5 — Remember me login feature is broken *2026-03-06, version 1.1.251100* For those of us with complicated passwords this has been such a pain! The app has an option to remember your username and password but it doesn't work so you have to login every time. The old app used to work so much better.
