You can mark the pending amount unavailable if you must, but don’t make me have to search on your app if my deposit is in your system. Additionally, when your app confirms that it received the mobile deposit, tell me what is the amount credited rather than simply show a confirmation number. What am i supposed to do with that? Write it down in case there is a dispute? They created poor fakes. The bank cleared them without noticing the forgeries. After realizing the forgery they held my money ($26,050.50) I’m currently in a battle to get the money back. I’ve since left the bank. This was a mistake that could be avoided by looking at the check. Bad signature, no security feature. Deposited 300 miles from where I do business. Bad bank. Avoid this place. ### 1/5 — Awful *2019-03-22, version 5.11.0.55* Taking a picture of the back of a check will take you over 10 minutes! It simply does not work properly. I am a photographer and you have no idea what I had to do to the lighting so that the picture of the check could be accepted. Image now elderly folks or simply people who do not possess photo techniques! Please review your framework and algorithm criteria in accepting pictures. Their website won’t send email or text you. Why would anyone do that? Users have to mail their checks to the bank now. They tell you the front and back of the check don’t match in size, even if both have been centered in the box, and though it appears you have the option to accept it anyway, you don’t - you are forced to keep retaking the pic. (And if you do make it exactly match the size of the box they give you, it cuts off the check!) (And a slight difference in size is what makes a cell phone photo of a check potentially suspicious?!) After five tries, I gave up this time. In all that time I have found the staff very bright, knowledgeable, informative and caring about us as customers. They have guided us through many transactions. Our family have had ongoing good communication and help from them. I know live in Bedford, and was wondering how doing my banking would be in a new town. Shame on me for considering such thoughts.
