So, the app is useless until this basic problem is fixed. Tried resend. Same result of nothing. ### 1/5 — Absolutely terrible *2025-09-24, version 36.0.9* They don't have enough drivers in Cambridge so totally unreliable for booking taxis in advance. ### 1/5 — Bad app and service *2025-04-15, version 34.6.18* Makes no sense to prebook a taxi only to have it arrive 10 minutes late because of Cambridge traffic being... Cambridge traffic. The app was throwing out nonsense driver arrival times that didn't correlate to driver location and couldn't accurately follow the car. To sign up you need to receive a code by email. Email never arrived, on any of the many attempts I made. Drivers are smart and friendly and they have chosen a uniform black for their cabs across the board which i think speaks volumes about their class.. Usually very timely, you’d not expect to wait long. However, I have a small dog and always write this in the comments on the app. But time and again I have been sent a cab refusing point blank to take me and my dog (who sits on my lap, so is not a nuisance). Don’t these drivers think that some customers will have the odd dog hair on their clothing!? This is not even given consideration! Because that’s all my dog really is… hair attached to my clothing. God forbid animal lovers being flagged up before entering a cab! Would they be rejected!
