Problem is there mis-spellings consistently and almost predictably. They want you to pay more money for accurate transcription. Bait and switch!?! ### 1/5 — Waiste of time *2016-12-11* I bought Camcard for salesforce for one reason: I have all my cards in the classic Camcard and I have now salesforce. Now, to import my contacts from Registered in Camcard to salesforce hold done !!! You have to do it one by one, it's crazily slow and inefficient. It's sad because I found Camcard pretty cool but this app is just too bad. The end, I'll just finish to import one by one my contacts, then unsubscribe ! Incomprehensible error message (often missing country or territory? ). Takes forever to upload a scan. You are better off entering card information manually. This app has significant problems on issues that should be minor fix. This app would be greatly beneficial for my work; however I am spending more time watching a black screen, opening and closing the app then I would to just enter into sales force on the web. Please get this corrected or I am canceling my subscription. ## Most praised reviews (8 highest-rated) ### 4/5 — Good app but needs some work *2016-10-12* Overall I am pleased with this app and it makes life easier by hooking up to Salesforce. The only problem I have with the app is when it doesn't scan the account correctly. It's understandable since there are too many card formats. However, when you're correcting the account name or entering the account name, the app frequent tells you that your network connection isn't working so please try again later....sometimes it does this after every entered note. It's very annoying. Correct this and you've got a solid 5 star app! ### 3/5 — It works better than others for SF *2020-02-28* Does the job but not very well. Only problem it doesn't have option to save w/out posting to SF and you cannot import previously scanned cards in its sister app camcard scanner. Easy to fix these. Looking forward to the new version with these capabilities. ### 2/5 — Customer service didn’t exist *2023-03-05* I’ve been a paid Camcard user for nearly ten years. They changed to a subscription format which I chose not to participate. I later added Camcard for Salesforce which is a subscription service. I moved my business to a different CRM but forgot about the subscription. I’ve contacted Camcard 5 times through their support and email channels to attempt to move my Salesforce subscription to the premier. I have had zero response from them regarding this. I have received 3 marketing emails which is frustrating.
