They were the best price I could find and the service has been reliable. ### 5/5 — Fabulous program--excellent app *2013-10-31, version 1.0.1* I use Camcloud to monitor my home when I'm away and I have recommended it to many friends and colleagues. First off--excellent program--easy to set up, great customer service, and much-needed niche amongst the much more costly alternatives available. The iPhone version of the app is very easy to use, it has an excellent interface with regards to appearance and navigation and it just works perfectly. Highly recommended. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Won’t shut off *2019-05-24, version 3.1.4* These people don’t allow you to terminate the service... it keeps billing you until you can figure out how to shut it off. I lost my password and they can tell I don’t use the service but there is no way to contact them and shut it off. The only way is to cancel the credit card and redo all of my other accounts. Should be a law against this. Discussing management practice.... ### 1/5 — Slow *2018-07-21, version 3.0.7* Very slow and I can’t watch the video recording. As previous reviews state, we need an easier way to scroll through the 30 second video files, either by swiping left to right or up and down. We also need to be able to identify in those recordings when a motion event has happened, rather than looking through hours of recordings and not being able to fast forward or rewind! This could be as simple as taking an image when a motion event happens and storing it with the rest of the clips! I’m not tech savvy at all, I believe that’s why it took me all day. I managed to set it up without contacting support, the directions when read correctly were adequate. Had a question and emailed them, got a response in 15 minutes! This is just what I was looking for. Only thing would be better pricing for multiple cameras. Would rather see 2-3 cameras per pricing instead of 1 camera. Looking forward to seeing this develop. Would love to see Stringify, Yonomi or IFTTT integration for advanced notification options. Fairly easy set up -- using the Camcloud blog site. I like the features so far, and will probably add more cameras. Not sure about searching out and downloading a recorded event from several days back. Will see…. Dealing with Foscams can be a PIA, but Camcloud has made it simple. The new app is a huge leap forward in terms of usability and the feature set keeps getting better. Their support team is stellar, I've had them help troubleshoot tons of issues. I'm no newbie to security systems and even I miss the curve ball sometimes. Again FOSCAMs can be painfully un-intuitive at times.
