To find your activity, rather than hitting the button that says “activity” or “transactions” you have to go through a small, easy-to-miss dropdown menu. From their website to this app, the automatic payment feature is often buggy, resulting in random late fees and late payments. When you transfer money in, from another bank, it will sit for upwards of a week in a “processing” state which may not may not get you a late charge to an otherwise on-time loan/mortgage payment. It’s beyond comprehension why they haven’t cleaned this up yet, it’s almost 2026, a bad digital experience is a death sentence for a bank unless you are a credit union.
