They do not respond to you. I enjoy playing these games for fun. But the app definitely has glitches. I have sent 3 emails to support and have not received a response. The Kideo machine does not work. I’ve completed multiple “quests” and never received the machine cards like it says you get. Then the game will suddenly freeze and stop working so your forced to close out of it. Don’t waste your time and money like I did. Update - now 4 emails sent to “support” regarding the machine cards when completing a task. Both in game and sent from my email.
