I have contacted Apple as suggested who say it is an in app bug from cameo and cameo customer service has been exceptionally poor. I should have been immediately credited the overcharge (of almost £200) which so know they are capable of and the bug should be fixed so the prices match the desktop site. In the request I asked for a small pep talk and pick me up for her. The video I got in return was just disgusting! I was given a 17 second video of a pub. With a ship in a bottle without the Christie’s face and voice nowhere to be seen. It’s theft at most. Don’t waste your time. Just screwed and no time to recover. Following this I tried contacting the customer tram as it still said in progress and got 0 correspondence about my refund or the status of the order.
