Ok, dies App kostet Geld, die Oberfläche ist irgendwie altbacken und nur auf englisch. Man kann aber die GoPro einstellen, Vorschau sehen und die GoPro bedienen. Mir persönlich genügt das. Die originale GoPro-App verlangt ja seit Update vom 29.09.2016 eine GoPro-Account. Das sehe ic nicht ein, dann lieber diese App hier.

this is for hero four or three i have a regular hero.... i was expecting it to realize my camera but nothing.... there is a free app for hero 4 and 3 so this app is useless i wasted my money and now im annoyed thanks false title.....

Wow, this app is a total waste.
Start app and there is a connect button and button for GoPro 4 and a slider for force 3+.
No instruction and never recognized my cam. Tried several things but no instructions and does not work. 
I tried accessing thru setting but nothing there on wifi or Bluetooth. What a waste!!!

Vollkommen unsinnige App. Kann nicht mehr als das kostenlose Gopro-App. Unverständlich, dafür auch noch Geld zu verlangen. Kann mich nicht überzeugen, wie alle anderen H. Meyer "GoPro-Apps" auch.

Reine "Abzocke" - solche Apps haben im App-Store nichts verloren.

Dowloaded app ver 3.02 onto iPod touch4 with iOS 6.1.6.  I was able to control my Hero 4 Silver camera with version 02.00.00 firmware.  All latest versions as of 5/15/2015.    Remote control recording worked, Remote viewing of video worked,. Remote change of various settings worked.  Remote review of number of files and deletion of files worked.  Getting the camera and app paired and knowing how to set the camera to WiFi ON and set the iPod/iPhone to connect to the GoPro Network is crucial, and a little vague; but the instructions make sense.  You also need to know that the phone may lose connection to the gopro when the gopro wifi mode is turned off and back on. Then you have to reconnect the iPhone to the GoPro wifi if it doesn't do it automatically. This is outside of the app function.  I suspect that 1 star feedback users did not know these things.  I recommend this app for folks who can not download the GoPro manufacturer's app because it isn't compatible with apple devices running older than iOS 7.0

I have both the 3+ and the best model they make and I find it extremely fun and entertaining...It"s made for mostly fast action, extreme sports however I use it for everything basically...I often have both running simultaniously, I don't work my family's very well off so if I'm not racing cars or skiing in Squaw Valley Lake Tahoe Kirkwood bowl, then I simply chill around my pool at home in D.D.O, Qc, Canada! Sincerely Pierre

Thanks Harald!! I have a GoPro with a cracked LCD screen and had no control of the unit . I loaded your APP, connected via WiFi and now I have control of the camera and all the settings.

This app works great for me considering the official app needs a higher software than my iPod can get. Has not crashed yet. Could get rid of unavailable options in menu such as the 60fps when 1080p is selected. Also the other frame rates automatically switch to pal mode which could cause people problems.

It works great, linked,loaded, preview and settings.
I'm using a Hero3 Silver on my Gen 3 Ipod Touch ISO 5.1
I'm very happy, I didn't have to upgrade my hardware.
I can't view recorded clips, but I setup the camera,preview to check the camera aim.
Remote control works perfect.
Well worth $1.99

Par contre depuis la dernière MAJ pour IOS7 je n'ai plus le mode "preview"

Works great with iPhone 5.  No connection problems with Hero3 black. Much easier up control camera and change most common settings with app than with camera menu (especially when camera is already mounted.  Watching live video feed is an unexpected bonus for aiming camera and watching live feed via camera's wifi.

die neue Version behebt den Fehler mit der ruckelden, gestörten Videoübertragung. Die App ist eine gute Alternative zur Original App von Gopro, die vor allem im Querformat am iPad umlogisch funktioniert und die Bedienelemente total zerklüftet über mehrere Seiten verteilt.

Was ich mir hier für diese App noch wünsche: auf der ersten Seite ein paar buttons, die man frei belegen kann mit Funktionen oder Funktionssets.

So könnte ich schnell umschalten zwischen Zeitraffer und Full HD Video mit 60 fps oder schnell auf 2,7K mit 30 fps. Alles auf der Frontseite! Das wäre echt praktisch. Und wenn er bei laufender aufnahme automatisch auf Vollbildschirm quer umspringt und die gewählten Parameter unten klein anzeigt. Gopro kriegt das irgendwie selbst nicht hin.
