The app does not appear on the Mac under files and you can’t send files to camera roles. Please fix and advise asap. ### 2/5 — Update broke the app… *2026-08-08* This app used to be great and work flawlessly, the new update took all that away. Half of my videos are corrupted for no reason, after I close and open the app it will sometimes have be in a black screen that has no interaction, the dim screen stays even after you close the app and can’t see anything. There’s an upgrade to pro but I cannot find what the difference is anywhere or the benefits it provides. Why should I get it? Kind of makes me wonder who’s doing the app that they can’t provide some basic information. Can’t tell when you are recording and you have to touch the screen without good feedback to record instead of side button which leads to either not capturing or accidentally capturing. I’m not sure if all my pictures are deleted or just change to view limiting to last 3 pictures. Really quite disappointing, as the app is almost every other way perfect. The only thing that would make it better is fixing that, and being able to active/record from the lock screen. EDIT: was great, but now everything it records is super choppy. The videofiles are always messed up. The motion detection does not work at all with either front or rear camera in video mode. The app crashes. On version 6.2.5.0. I have written several times to the developer about this issue and have never gotten a response. Very poor/non-existent support for a paid app. It’s too bad because the other functions work very well. Having a major feature crash the app is not good at all. Update: I am on version 7.0.0.4 Pro on an iPhone 16 pro max. Motion detection still does not work. After doing all the settings as suggested in the help file, it still crashes the app when using 1 finger touch to start video recording. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. I guess you can only have two videos at once upon reboot, but it didn't specify at all. The upgrade popup is inconveniently timed as well, and why do I need that notification every time I stop my recording? Its severely annoying, and blatantly obvious how much it encourages us to buy the pro version. Good idea for an app, but a bad execution. As a paying subscriber, I expect to get the features I paid for. Videos that are split into several segments supposedly to save space now systematically freeze on the last segments. Playback gets stuck and the app has become unreliable and basically unusable.
