The company’s software was not compatible so I tried to cancel the subscription. After wasting 30 minutes I finally read the review and learned how to do it in my phone’s settings. It shouldn’t be that hard. I suspect this company is ripping off consumers by charging a very high WEEKLY rate, and then hoping the customer can’t figure out how to end the subscription. ### 1/5 — Trying to cancel my subscription *2024-08-31, version 15.4* I’ve contacted them twice and I’m no longer needing this app I want to cancel my subscription. The “auto-detection” for documents automatically takes a picture like it’s on a timer. It seems purposefully obnoxious. Geniuses with transparent thumbs designed the edge cropping so it zooms under your finger with no other ways to reference where you set it. Sometimes I feel like creators of the better mainstay apps make these apps so you go back with no other options.
