But... *2024-12-12, version 1.0.2* Works well. Misses some words, but for the most part it translates well enough the be useful. The one gripe I have, is the UI. Not a very good use of color. Eg. Settings as a white background, and the type is a very, very feint grey. Very difficult to read. The yellow background also hides the white color of the fonts. Light colors should never be placed over light colored backgrounds. It’s just a waste of time and the app gets deleted. Isn’t this FALSE ADVERTISING? (I found this offer through either AppRaven or AppAdvice and will rate it appropriately on that platform.) A week later when translating something, I noticed the orange dot on the top right was on, which means the mic is listening. Closed all my apps but it was still there. Rebooted my phone and it was gone. Opened the app and closed it and found out it was the culprit ! There is a minor issue with placement of words when translating menus. Some word are displayed vertically and others horizontally.
