A few things though… *2026-03-24* This app works great, As you can also access the Camper Cams, which allows you to see your pup on camera in different rooms. One thing about the Camper Cams, though, I would like to see my pup available, I can see her on the cameras, but we always get her a standard cabin, and we aren’t able to view her. They also give you free schedules, and they also can give your dog baths, grooming, and lots of playtime. One other thing I noticed though was…In the indoor and outdoor play-yards, they don’t have much toys, just a little bridge and tunnel. Most of the time, when I go to look on the cameras, most of the dogs look bored. Maybe we could start a donating charity to donate old dog toys or donate money so we can get new stuff for the dogs or donate money to help them get enough raised to make a bigger yard for them to run around in. ### 2/5 — Cams don’t work *2026-01-31, version 6.2.2* Changing the webcam to a different one then what is preset takes me back to the home page every time ### 2/5 — Down a lot! *2025-06-11, version 5.13.0* The webcam works really well on the app, when the app is working. He will soon be 6 years old. Louie loves camp very much. He adores the counselors especially the ladies. Louie loves playing with his friends. He has met and fallen in love with Zoie Rudin. Both of the are worn out at the end of the day. Louie loves Camp Bow Wow! ### 3/5 — Great feature but… *2025-02-16* Loved having this app and being able to check in on my pup while he was there. I do with the app worked a little better and camera connection stronger and less choppy. Lastly, some areas of the camera came in dark making it difficult to find and see what was going on. Camp bow wow is also my favorite place to take my dog, so this review is for the app only and not the service. My problems with the app are: 1. Video feed for the cameras takes a long time to load, if it loads at all. This is a common issue with live cams, so this is more just annoying than anything else. 2. Recently, I tried to open the app and it would just crash. It flashed a ‘token expired’ message that I could barely catch after a few tries. I’m assuming the token was invalidated due to the recent update, but instead of taking me back to the login page the app just died. I had to reinstall in order to be able to login again. This makes no sense as I have been having my dogs go to different camp locations here for at least 7-8 years. Able to handle all my needs without going to the website, requesting appointments, viewing account, purchasing packages, etc. Really appreciate being able to check in on the cameras - there is a minor issue with loading sometimes but at most it stalls for like a minute before loading and that may vary by camera by location. ### 5/5 — Great app! *2026-03-29, version 6.4.0* Awesome app, great company where my dog enjoys her time, feels safe which makes me a comfortable/happy dog owner.
