## What is Camp Medical Services?

Camp Medical Services — Secure Medical Communication for Camps

Camp Medical Services (CMS) is the HIPAA-compliant telemedicine and medical communication platform built specifically for camp healthcare teams. Whether you're an on-site camp nurse or a remote medical provider, CMS keeps your team connected, documented, and protected.

Purpose-Built for Camp Healthcare

Camps operate in a unique medical environment — remote locations, limited on-site staff, and the need for fast clinical decisions. CMS bridges the gap between on-site camp nurses (Camp Providers) and remote physicians and specialists (CMS Providers), giving every camp its own secure medical communication hub.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-06-29

* Notification titles now show the camp name properly. Previously, some notifications just said “New Notification” with no camp name. This is now fixed.
* Deactivated camps disappear from your notifications instantly. When a camp is deactivated, its old notifications are cleared in real time. Reactivating brings them back the same way.
* Camp list updates instantly when a camp is turned on or off.
* Notification titles now wrap to two lines, so long camp names are fully readable.
* Smoother experience overall, with background cleanup and improved responsiveness.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-06-25

What clinicians can do
Clinicians can now invite a guest directly from an active call by tapping the new Invite Guest button. They can share the invitation link via Copy, SMS, or Email. The recipient can join from any device. Clinicians can also view all active invitations for the current call and revoke any invitation with one tap.

What recipients experience
On a phone with the app installed, tapping the link opens the app directly on the join screen.
If the recipient is already signed in as a CAMP member, they will have the option to either join from their main account or use a guest route. The join as main account button routes them to the encounter through the dashboard instead of the guest flow.

Privacy and HIPAA safeguards
Guest links are single-use and expire after 60 minutes. Links are automatically revoked when the host ends the call.
An audit trail is recorded for every guest join, including IP address, user agent, and display name, in line with HIPAA.
No patient information is included in invitation URLs, SMS messages, or email bodies. Application logs also redact personal identifiers.

Also included in this release
Password reset emails now use the same universal link pattern: tap to open the app.
The mobile dashboard has been updated with responsive UI support for tablets and phones.
