## What is Camp Zero?

Quit Zyn, snus and nicotine pouches, one camp at a time.

Camp Zero counts every pouch-free second, shows the money you keep in your own currency, and walks a hiker up your mountain while you stay off them. Basecamp I at 72 hours, the summit at 6 months. When a craving hits, SOS gets you through it.

WHAT YOU GET BACK
• 1 hour: your gums finally get a break.
• 4 hours: your pulse calms down.
• 10 days: intimacy, turned up.
• 3 weeks: better sleep, with no nicotine keeping you up at night.
• 1 month: back in control. Your day runs on you, not the next pouch.

SOS FOR CRAVINGS
When a craving hits, open SOS and pick one:
• Breathe with him for two minutes.
• Do 20 push-ups. Put the phone on the floor under your face and it counts them.
• Call or message a friend in one tap.
• Remember why you started.

THE CLIMB
• Camp Zero is where you start. Basecamp I at 72 hours, Basecamp II at 21 days, Basecamp III at 90 days, the summit at 6 months.
• Your pouch-free time, counted to the second, with the money, pouches and nicotine you keep out.
• A sky on your own clock, from dawn to a violet night full of stars, with sunshine, mist or a passing shower on the trail. The higher you get, the snowier the mountain.
• The whole mountain in one tap: every camp, and how long until the next one.

64 MILESTONES
From your first 20 minutes to two years: what quitting gives back to your body and your day, money, pouches and cans, metres climbed, comebacks and a few secret ones. Each one lands with a little celebration you can share.

A SLIP DOESN'T SEND YOU TO THE BOTTOM
A slip resets your pouch-free counter and drops you back to your last camp, never to the start. Your milestones stay yours, and the money you saved keeps counting. Tapped it by mistake? Undo it within 10 minutes.

YOUR SUPPORT CREW
Invite up to three people you trust to follow your climb on a private web page. They see your days, the money you've kept and the last camp you reached, never a slip, and can send you a short message that flies in on a paper plane.

YOUR WAY UP
• Quit today, or cut down first with a step-by-step plan to your quit day.
• Tell it your can, its strength, how many a day and the price, and see what the habit really costs.
• Widgets for your Home Screen and Lock Screen.
• Bring a friend: your invite code gives them 30% off, for good.
• Create an account to keep your climb safe on a new phone.
