Join us, bring a friend, or make a friend, and help make our world just a little bit smaller! 50 Minutes to Rejuvenate Step into our cozy, wood-fired sauna and experience its transformative power in just 50 minutes: Sweat It Out: Increase circulation, detoxify skin, relax muscles, and melt away stress! Cool Down: Step outside and enjoy the crisp air. Cycle 2–3 times Immediate Benefits: Boosts mood, reduces inflammation, and kickstarts metabolism. Why Sauna? (Wellness & Performance) Regular sauna use is linked to decreased stress, better sleep, improved cardiovascular health, increased immunity, and expedited muscle recovery. It feels good, and research shows it's good for you—especially when paired with exercise. Emerging science supports sauna's role as a legitimate adjunct to structured fitness: Muscle Growth: Heat exposure can upregulate Heat Shock Proteins (HSPs), which promote protein synthesis and muscle repair, potentially increasing lean mass when used adjunctively with resistance training. Cardiovascular Fitness: Combining exercise with post-session sauna use has been shown to improve VO₂ max, reduce blood pressure, and enhance overall vascular health and endothelial function.
