Connect, Files, Nucleus, Calendar, Marketplace, Scheduling and Ticketing now show the list and what you've opened side by side on a large screen, and the app rotates freely on iPad instead of being locked to portrait. A faster app. Screens that stayed busy in the background no longer do, so switching tabs and scrolling stay quick however long you've been in the app. Calls you can rely on. Fixed calls that connected with no sound at all, calls that failed a while after being answered, and incoming calls that didn't ring for people who belong to more than one company. Calls can now rotate to landscape, and choosing a speaker or headset that has since been unplugged no longer leaves you on a silent call. Calls feel better, too — smoother transitions and haptic feedback on the in-call controls. Corrective actions in Auditing. Raise a fix during an audit with an owner and a due date, attach photos or files as evidence, send a fix back for another attempt, and see every attempt instead of only the last one. Know who you're talking to Tap anyone's name or photo for their card — role, location, how to reach them, and their local time, so you know whether now is a good moment. Chat, tidied up • Tap a reply to bring the message it quotes forward, over the conversation, with its photo or file ready to open. • A reply to a photo now looks like that photo. • The complete emoji set is in the picker, and reaction previews tell you what was reacted to. • One tap jumps back to the newest message. Video that scrubs where you drop it Dragging through a video lands on the frame you picked instead of somewhere near it. Files and tickets Large uploads no longer vanish partway through, and a ticket's table answers are finally readable on a phone. Marketplace Orders you can actually read, with the numbers that matter in one place.
