On ne peut pas réserver des places libres si il n’y a pas un minimum de 10 places libres, ce qui est indiqué nulle part. si jamais on change d’avis, on ne peut pas réserver un autre emplacement si on en a déjà un en cours, tout en sachant que la somme versée sera perdue. aucune possibilité de le faire soi-même sur l’application, il faut contacter le service client qui est quand même réactif. On ne comprend pas l’utilité du pack privilège ### 4/5 — Gut, aber Ländersortierung bitte *2026-07-02* Ich nutze CCP, bin hochzufrieden, kann völlig entspannt fahren, denn ich sehe, ob etwas frei ist, und falls nicht, kann man, zumindest in Frankreich, sicher sein innerhalb von 50 km den nächsten Platz zu haben. Und egal wann man kommt, sind es 24 Stunden, und nicht wie häufig 17 Uhr ankommen, voll Zahlen, aber um 11 Uhr schon wieder verlassen müssen. Ich wünschte mir nur eines: eine Ländersortierung. Ich wähle z.B. Deutschland und sehe diese Plätze, sonst keine anderen, oder eine Liste mit den Ortsnamen. Es ist echt schwer auf einer Landkarte herumzusuchen, ob es irgendwo im Lande was neues gibt. ### 4/5 — Fehler behoben *2026-05-22* Der Fehler mit mir einmal anklicken in der Karte wurde behoben und auf meine diesbezügliche Mail hatte man auch sofort geantwortet, dass daran gearbeitet werde, also neben allen anderen Punkten, gerne genutzt und gut! **Developer response:** Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. By accident we found a place but not having a card we had to set up another account in order to obtain a card. On another occasion we could not gain acces. No mention that you can’t book unless we have the privilege card. The reviews can’t be highlighted to tranlate. Now it also turns out we can’t put money on the card without privilege card? I feel it is a bit of a rip of with no clear instructions ### 3/5 — Tourist data entry *2026-01-15, version 200.10.0* This could be a 5 as overall it’s a good app. BUT when entering dob for tourist info you have to scroll back month by month to get back to year and month. Unfortunately the App doesn’t work reliably on the iPad, (although the iPhone version works well). If the iPad version of the App could be made reliable the App, and its Aires would warrant the full five stars. ### 5/5 — Indispensable *2025-09-19* Nous utilisons CCPARK depuis longtemps. Amélioration, réactivité, disponibilité. Sans faute. Permet aussi de découvrir des lieux où l’on n’aurait même pas eu l’idée d’aller. Merci. Même si toutes les aires ne sont pas parfaites, pour nous qui faisons du CC depuis 25 ans, cette application est un outil incontournable. Can now only use on my husband’s iPhone . Lola ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Technische Umsetzung vorbei am echten Leben *2026-04-03* Die Stellplätze, die wir bislang genutzt haben, waren eigentlich in Ordnung. Die technische Umsetzung via App ein Albtraum. Keine Zufahrt auf dem ersten Stellplatz möglich, da offenbar lokaler Internetausfall o.ä. An der Hotline wollte man eine Buchungs- oder Kundennummer haben. Kein Problem denkt man da - App öffnen - nachschauen. Nichts - gleiches übrigens in den HTML-Emails, die alle Inhalte aus der Ferne laden. Die App funktioniert nur mit Internetempfang. Es wird einem nichtmal eine einfache Kundennummer angezeigt. Nach intensiven Minuten an der Hotline wurde die Ausfahrtsschranke geöffnet und wir konnten darüber einfahren. War übrigens kein Einzelfall sondern über zwei Tage auf dem Platz zu beobachten. Am 2. Stellplatz war mit Eingabe des PIN-Codes kein Wasserbezug möglich. Hier half uns netterweise ein fremder Mitcamper mit seiner Karte aus. Ich wollte die Karte von Anfang an bestellen - leider nicht mehr möglich. Mein technischer Background zeigte mir eindrucksvoll, warum ich den richtigen Riecher hatte. Hopefully I’ll just be able to pay at a machine when we get to our destination. ### 1/5 — App unstable, forever crashing *2025-07-27, version 200.3.2* Update: The developer has responded and asked we delete and reinstall the app and make sure it is up to date, all of which we had already done. We have managed to upload €50 and successfully stayed at a campsite using it. In essence it a great app and brilliant idea but leaves you feeling uneasy planning your trip around using it when the app crashes nearly every time you use it. I even tried leaving a review for the beautiful campsite we stayed at, I gave up after the 3rd attempt, each time it crashed and removed what I’d written. We are about to leave for a road trip around France and based some of our stop overs on using this app. However, in trying to top up our account the app constantly crashes, we cannot log in, maps won’t load properly….we are now unsure if this app will work at all and leave us stuck looking for places to stay ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great app *2026-08-12* Very nice, funcional app to support the infrastructure of their camping system. Einfach toll, unkompliziert und viele Plätze mit Live Verfügbarkeit , in der App sichtbar, einzigartig. Super Service auch telefonisch bis 23 h erreichbar, teilweise auch auf deutsch !!! Mit der Premium Mitgliedschaft,( keine Pflicht aber empfehlenswert 👍29 Euro die sich lohnen) geht auch perfektes spontanes Reservieren. Auch sonst gilt ohne Premium: einfach für 5 Euro 😉eine L E B E N S L A N G E ( lebenslange! )Zutrittskarte ohne weitere Kosten am Automaten an jedem Platz oder per Mail anfordern und sofort auf weit über 640 Plätzen in Frankreich 🇫🇷 und Europa (wird ständig erweitert) mit der Karte 24/7 durch die Schranke, ohne verdeckte Kosten, meist auch mit 6A Strom 👌, . Natürlich war die alte Version auch gut. Aber die Neue ist nach einiger Zeit auch schon wieder gut. Wir sind viel in Frankreich unterwegs und nutzen die App sehr gerne. Sowohl über die App, über die Plätze und vor allen dem Service. Ich hatte sowohl per WhatsApp als auch per Telefon Kontakt und mir wurde bei beiden Problemen unverzüglich, deutschsprachig, kompetent und freundlich geholfen. Wir haben die meiste Zeit unser insgesamt 4 Wochen in Frankreich die Plätze des Unternehmens benutzt. You can book in advance but we never needed too. Easy to read reviews by other user’s and facilities true to what they say. Always hot water on site where showers are, I’m sure that some at some point where not working but we never came across them.
