I deleted and reinstalled the app but all the suggested lists are gone and I can’t get them back. Now the whole thing is even more useless ### 3/5 — I’m afraid of the new pink icon. *2018-07-26, version 5* Sounds frivolous, but I always liked the old pine tree, campfire and picnic table icon. If the new icon is a pink square with CL on it, it may be a deal breaker. I’m a living, breathing lumberjack, and this one cosmetic change is too hard to swallow. A few suggestions: Would like to be able to sort lists manually (not necessarily in alphabetical order). Would like to be able to clear all checked items at once. Make letters smaller so you can see more of the list on one screen. The text should wrap. Tshirts 5, Underwear 6, ect. I used it a lot this summer for my camping trips. The addition of copy, move, and rename were huge improvements. The app has become very usable with the additions. I created my own system where I have a master list that includes all of my equipment and built a template list from the master that includes the items I usually take. I can copy and rename the template to the trip name and customize it quickly by removing items or adding from the master. The future improvements I would like to see would be iCloud syncing between devices and a way to import items from spreadsheets, csv files, or xml. Then it would easily be a 5 star app. ### 4/5 — A Great Start! *2014-07-20, version 4.2* This app has turned out to be very useful for our camping trips. It is very easy to use, and adding, removing or editing the different categories is quite simple. Two suggestions for future versions: (1) It would be nice if the list could be synced between devices via the cloud. That way, I could make changes on my iPad and they would show up on my iPhone when I went shopping for groceries or supplies. (2) Having the ability to control which lists were sent via e-mail so I could print out just the lists I need when gathering supplies. Other than that, this is a great little app, well worth the price! ### 4/5 — Simply useful *2014-05-24, version 4.2* Well worth 69p. I'm going away in 2 days and wanted a pre-written list to get me motivated. This has everything broken down into useful categories. You can easily add your own items and sublists and delete what you don't need. You can email the list to friends and family to get them organised. Really easy to use and simple. Improvements? Enable editing existing items instead of deleting and writing new ones. Allow copying whole lists so i can write destination specific lists. Allow emailing specific sublists Have an option to tick packed items or cross them out as i find crossing out easier to spot. Enable list sharing across devices and users. Diese druckt aber immer ALLES aus, selbst wenn man den Druck innerhalb einer Unterliste startet. Ich glaube mittlerweile, dass der Entwickler seine eigene App nicht besonders liebt… Update: Zwar kann man jetzt Einträge kopieren usw., aber ein Edit der Namen (wie in Version 2.0!) ist weiter nicht möglich. Völlig unverständlich! Und was nützt mir jetzt, dass nun die Listen der Vorversionen und importiert werden können? Denn meine mühsam ins Deutsche übertragene Listen sind seit dem letzten Downgrade -„Update“ unwiderruflich verloren. Man kann manche Entwickler einfach nicht verstehen :-( Vor der Version 6.0 (s. Version 2.0!) konnte man Einträge (mit ziemlich viel Aufwand!) ändern, also vom Englischen ins Deutsche. Leider geht das nicht mehr, auch sind alle meine mühevollen Übersetzungen und Daten seit dem Update auf 6.0 komplett verschwunden! So nicht, liebe Entwickler - deshalb nur noch einen Stern! Abgesehen davon stimmen die Screenshots im Appstore nicht mit der aktuellen App überein. It is reset to the basic list that it comes with when you first download it. It’s pretty much useless for me now, and it took so much time to put in all of my custom things. Why can't u copy lists? Why can't u copy items? Unless there is some way to do it. And I just can't figure it out. But I have tried hitting edit, the only option seems to be to move the order of the list or item. Or to delete the list or item. If I want to rename a list I have to write a whole new list under a new title. Example if I want to change a list named ( camper Truck ) to ( Camper Truck ) just to capitalize camper I have to rewrite the whole list. ### 1/5 — Incomplete *2013-08-24, version 3.0* I bought this app expecting something useful for helping to go through a list for a backpacking trip. Instead of trying to top the charts with clickbait, the devs made a genuinely good app that is completely ad-free. The app is advertised as being tailored to packing for camping, and it absolutely is and does that incredibly well. I love the sub-lists feature. I can put winter clothing in its own sub-list inside the main clothing category so it has some separation, because it’s not always winter. 5/5. Awesome job. It comes with some categories and item lists as suggestions but I found the best thing to do is start afresh with your own lists. Every time you forget something add it to the list and you never forget it again.
