## What is CamProbe?

CamProbe is a field-diagnostics tool for the people who install and service IP cameras. When you are standing in front of a camera that will not come up, CamProbe tells you why — fast.

• Discover — broadcast an ONVIF WS-Discovery probe and list every camera that answers, with its IP and model.
• Resolve — pull the exact RTSP stream URL straight from the camera over ONVIF, so you stop guessing paths.
• RTSP path library — built-in default stream paths for Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Reolink, Amcrest, Uniview, Hanwha, TP-Link, Foscam, and generic ONVIF, ready to copy.
• Test — check whether the RTSP port is reachable before you blame the camera, the cable, or the switch.
• View & diagnose — play the live H.264/H.265 stream over RTSP/TCP and read stream health: resolution, connect latency, and a plain-English reason when it fails.
• Snapshot — save a still from the stream to your Photos for a service record.
