## What is CampTalk?

CampTalk brings every part of a camping trip into one shared space—from organizing gear and finding the right crew to coordinating the trip and preserving the memories afterward.

Build a reusable Gear Locker for your tents, lights, cookware, sleeping equipment, and other essentials. When it is time to head outdoors, create a camp with its dates, general location, campground type, group size, visibility, and joining rules. Select what you are bringing from your locker so everyone can see how the group is preparing and avoid unnecessary duplicates or forgotten essentials.

Looking for a trip instead? Explore public camps, filter by campground type, discover visible camps nearby with permission, or open a shared invitation by link or QR code. Review the host, schedule, group capacity, and camp details before requesting to join.

Once together, members can use the camp room to check announcements, coordinate in camp chat, view the crew and shared gear, and post photos or videos with captions while the trip is underway. After the camp ends, those moments remain organized around the people and place that made them meaningful—not scattered across separate chats and camera rolls.

CampTalk is designed specifically for real group camping. Its unique camp lifecycle connects preparation, discovery, participation, and shared memories, while host approvals, reporting, blocking, and membership controls help keep each space manageable.

Optional VIP and SVIP auto-renewing subscriptions provide expanded Gear Locker capacity, support for larger camps, and additional creation benefits. Optional coin packs are one-time purchases used for eligible in-app enhancements. All purchases are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase; prices and subscription periods are shown before confirmation. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID settings.
