App quality reflects poorly on the quality of the overall business and is the primary reason I plan to bank somewhere else from hereon out ### 1/5 — Mobile deposit *2026-06-19, version 4021.1.3* The mobile app is terrible when it comes to taking photos of the front and back of the check. I try multiple times on each side before I get one that is accepted. I’ve tried manual and automatic settings, and I still have problems. This only started happening for the last 6-8 weeks. Has there been an update that is causing this? The cloudflare checks out but when I use my username and password, it spins for a minute then I get a frowny face thats says it cannot authenticate and to try again. I did several times with same result. I have dumped the app and reinstalled, same thing. I can log in just fine on a PC but can. O longer use my iPhone.
