Innerhalb des Tages konnte mein Problem gelöst werden und ich kann mich wieder anmelden und auf mein Semesterticket und den Studierendenausweis zugreifen, vielen Dank für die freundliche und unkomplizierte Hilfe! ### 2/5 — Fehleranfällig *2025-06-23* Kann seit einer Woche meinen studierendenausweis und damit einhergehend das Deutschlandticket nicht mehr aufrufen. Support hilft angeblich innerhalb von 24h - mir hat er nicht geantwortet. Es ist extrem nervig und unangenehme, wenn der/die Kontrolleur/in vor einem steht und das Ticket scannen möchte.
