It was easy to place my order from my office. I walked over for pickup when it was ready and didn’t have to wait in the long lines for ordering. Such a time saver!! Highly recommend.

Really convenient to order ahead coffee and lunch on campus. Especially with social distancing rules still around. App is simple to use and ordering process is fast.

this app is borderline unusable because half the time, it won’t process the order. when you select the payment method, it just can’t calculate it and says “try again.” i literally never write reviews but i need this app to work in order to eat so i’m desperate

**Developer response:** Hi, thanks for the feedback. This issue could be caused by the Point of Sales system on campus calculating the price for the cart, not the app. Please contact your campus if the issue persists. Usually the Point of Sales will come back online within 15 minutes.

There’s no notes section or allergies section at all. Some meals allow you to remove items but sometimes I can’t remove the item I’m allergic to. This affects me every day. Please add something for this.  It shouldn’t be that hard to do.

I tried to order something twice earlier in the day. It didn’t get through the first time, it went through the second time. But now it’s charging me again and making me another meal that I didn’t order. This app has too many bugs…
