## What is Campus Parent?

Stay connected to your student’s school life anytime, anywhere. Campus Parent puts important academic information at your fingertips, with real-time access to announcements, assignments, attendance, grades, schedules, and more.

TO LOGIN:
1. Download the app
2. Search for your District Name and State – select your district from the list
3. Enter your Username and Password, provided by your school
4. If using a secure, private device, mark Stay Logged In to receive mobile push notifications, if enabled by your school
5. Click Log In!

NOTIFICATIONS:
Parents and guardians can set and receive alerts for grades, assignment scores, attendance changes, and more.

### 1/5 — Goddamn ACTIVATION KEY

Okay, so, I don't care about the other features to this app, but WHY is it so difficult to get the activation key?!?! WHY is there even an activation key??? Is it not easier to just let parents sign in with their child's school information? The fact that NONE of the staff to the school bother to tell what the activation code. While it made be a problem on the district's ends, Parent Campus adding this CAUSES SAID PROBLEM!!! I have been sent on a wild goose chase JUST to get the stupid code. And the worst part is that this app basically controls EVERYTHING about your child??? GET RID OF THE DAMN ACTIVATION CODE!! IT'S SO DAMN WORTHLESS???

When expanding menus and sections within the app, things overlap and I can’t see or click on what I’m looking for. Such as quick links section, I click on More and it doesn’t expand so I can’t find what I’m looking for.

Every single year this app logged me out and will not let me log back in. I have the hardest time getting through to anybody to help me. And when I do the account recovery steps, I never get the emails that are supposed to be for helping me recover my account. I’m so annoyed that my daughter‘s school refuses to do anything but use this app.

It really feels like they didn’t test the app on phones, at all. I wouldn’t use the app if I had any other choice and that is why it’s a horrible experience and won’t get better.

The only problem I had with the app all year is that sometimes I could not login but in terms of its interface, useability, information provided etc I think it’s fantastic and very comprehensive.

That’s literally the only time I use this, I never receive notifications about anything - even tho they’re all toggled on. I hate using tech anymore though for anything so it’s cool with me if we scrap the whole thing, let’s just go back to the way it was before smart devices. I’m a Luddite at this point.
