The circulars/notifications keep appearing and disappearing, and the PDFs sometimes open and sometimes don’t. This makes it very difficult for us as parents to keep track of important updates and instructions shared by the school. The app is the primary source of communication, so when it is not functioning reliably, there is a genuine risk that parents may miss important information and, consequently, may not be prepared for what is expected or happening at school. look into this on priority and resolve the issues. The app needs to be stable and dependable so that parents can confidently rely on it for all school communications. ### 1/5 — Not reliable enough *2025-04-02* This app is riddled with bugs and crashes frequently, making the user experience extremely frustrating. Even worse, there seems to be no clear or accessible privacy policy or data security measures in place, which raises serious concerns about how user information is being handled. In today’s digital age, data protection should be a priority—not an afterthought. I cannot recommend this app until these critical issues are addressed. ### 1/5 — Bug in app *2024-06-06* There is bug where the screen closes after pressing back option to come to main screen after opening to the other option. ### 2/5 — Need improvements in functionality *2026-05-11* It does not provide some of the basic functionalities: 1. Need mark all as read button on circulars, homework etc , you have to open and close all one by one to mark all as read. 2. In fee section it does not display the due date of instalment, just displays the instalment serial number. 3. Gives undefined or json errors in sections where data is yet null. 4. A few minutes later it proceeded. Or otherwise it is a great tool for handling pages of assignments and attendance. A 4 star for this.
