I didn’t knew my school url and in the options there was type your school name. When i did so it shows incorrect even if i selected my school name from the suggestions appearing. It is quite frustrating. ### 3/5 — Good app, need improvement though *2024-11-15* 1. On circular tab, when we click on attachments icon for any circular, nothing happens on first click. If your app ids fetching details or info, then show waiting icon, thus preventing user from multiple click. 2. Response time fir any click on circular or homework, especially attachments is too high. When calling customer care no one picks up. Why have u made an app if u cant handle issues. It is stuck in loading screen for iPhone. I have reinstalled the app but still showing the same problem. Seems like a bug in recent update ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2026-06-08* Earlier it used to login properly and issue was with in app navigation and load times. Now it's timing out on opening screen before login. Being pushed as one stop communication app for school it needs proper update and smoothness in navigation and load times. When tech is moving to AI, spec driven development etc., Here legacy apps are struggling to keep up basic functioning. ### 1/5 — No notification *2026-05-28, version 9.5* Whenever the school posts a circular there is no notification so one cannot know if a circular has been issued. One has to keep checking the app everyday manually to see if any circular has been issued. This is highly inconvenient ### 1/5 — Totally useless app *2025-02-22* Forced by school to use it else wouldn’t even bother with this. The app is designed by a teenager it appears. Examples of totally idiotic design choices 1. On opening it first - it will start speaking the notification out. What purpose does it serve ? 2. Useless and unnecessary animations - on every change in screen , it will play an animation which serves absolutely no purpose. 3. Too many places where information is found - there is a circular and there is a messages. Then there is timetable which is empty and half of the input boxes which serve no purpose at all. Either this is designed by a teenager who has never done any real professional work or it is provided to the lowest bidder of app developer. On top of this the app wants to track what I am doing outside of this app - why is that? What business does a school app have to track what I am doing outside of the app. ### 1/5 — Developer *2024-08-17* I want to say one thing to the developers they did not send me password i tried 100 of times to get my password but I never get my password on my register mobile number website says that your password is send to your registered mobile number but I never get password please fix it🙏🏻 ### 1/5 — very bad application. *2023-11-22* The app took control of my speakers and mic. it plays the notification by default doesn’t give an option to switch it off. it tracks my location and activity. The user experience is archaic. doesn’t allow text selection and copy. doesn’t allow free flow navigation. I think they have simply moved the web based screens to iphone app without using any native development features. ### 1/5 — Honest review *2023-09-03* Although it provides info. of wards curriculum, attendance ratio, their works and what they’re being taught and about the various events that takes place in the school. The app lacks a lot of useful features. Sometimes when we add siblings, the other siblings account maybe lost. Not a lot of good updates and management of this software app. This isn’t an ideal app to meet the educational sectors development in 2023. It is also slower. Hoping for good updates for the app and identifying problems and fixing them. That’ll only make it a proper app. Otherwise, any teenager with programming language fluency can build an app better than this. Keep up with the evolving technology. Change, that’s what I got to say about this software application, honestly. ### 1/5 — Pathetic slow. Unable to persist login *2023-04-15* The app for iOS is unable to persist the login details. Everytime you need to login whenever you kill the instance and relaunch. Also the app is super slow. Unnecessary slide animations. You guys can use the default nav push and pop which are much better. I hope if the glitches are fixed and more efficient programming is placed. So that, the app can run well and avoiding too much designs is better.
