Signed in again twice, and the password i set isnt working. All it does is show the confirm account info screen and when I hit continue with all the correct info, the screen just pops up again. Why make a feature like this that doesn’t even work properly? ### 1/5 — Can’t even log in *2026-08-18, version 11.8.2* Set up an account as instructed. Chose a valid user name and password. Asked to verify account via an e-mailed link, which I did. Then all I had to do was log in. “User name or password does not match our records”. Three attempts (correct info entered each time) and now locked out of the account until I contact them. Forget it. Mail arrives days after it was supposed to. Mail showing as being on the way or delivered that never arrives. No matter how many times I re enter my adress the way it's written on my Id, when i save it retypes the postal code without space and changes my adress to english which made the Id verification fail. Their id system should use a scan of your ID instead of a third party. Very cool idea, if it worked, but honestly who has time to go to a post office and wait in line just to validate their identity for working their app? Please fix.
