My only negative experience was using the Take Notes option for individual sessions. When I sent the link to my email, the notes were not included - I could only see the session speakers and topics. Luckily, I could go back into the app and find the session notes and screen shot them for safekeeping. ### 4/5 — Continues to improve, can still improve *2022-10-29* Please ensure that when I star a presentation or hub talk or poster, that it appears on “My Schedule”. Why else did I star it?? All activities I’m interested in should be visible on “My Schedule”. Integrating “my schedule” into my phone calendar would be even more useful. A few sessions appeared in my calendar but this was the rare exception rather than the likely result. Please improve the badge scan function for attendees. All I saw was a persons name in very small font. What about their institutional email? Please don’t close tech support tickets or send responses from a “do not reply” email.
