The app glitched multiple times and closed down on me. And the timer stopped working after the first glitch. Otherwise this app has worked well for me for the past few months. ### 3/5 — Lifetime membership? *2025-03-25* Loved this app when I used it to study in for my exam in 2022. Passed first try but I re-downloaded it to refresh my memory on the codebook, and found I no longer have access even though I purchased lifetime access. AI On this app doesn’t take any criticism to wrong answers. Everytime i report a wrong answer they say they are right. Especially while using the AI tutor,it’s very frustrating. ### 2/5 — Not Representative of the Level 1 Challenge Exam *2026-02-04* I used this app to prepare for the Level 1 Challenge exam and unfortunately did not pass. The theoretical practice tests in the app turned out to be not very relevant to the actual Level 1 exam. Most of the theory questions in the app focus mainly on Ohm’s Law and basic power formulas, while the real Level 1 exam included a large amount of electronics: transistors, diodes, thyristors, various DC circuits, different physical laws, as well as magnetism. The theory questions on the exam were not extremely difficult, but I did not expect them to appear at all. Because of that, I was not properly prepared for this part of the exam. The only part of the app that I found truly useful was the Canadian Electrical Code preparation, which was helpful.
