She was wonderful and helpful in getting us into our new home. I suffered a life changing illness and unfortunately had to file for a consumer proposal in 2020. But life got better and my wife has a great job and we decided to sell our current property. Well I started to look for broker who understood the delima we were in. A good friend ok ours told us to contact Julie Malo. That as the BEST call we ever made. Not only was she able to get us pre approved, we were able to pay off our proposal and pay all outstanding loans and have enough money left for a 20% down payment. We cannot think of any Mortage broker who would understand and help the way Julie and her team helped us. Can’t give her enough praise, but highly recommend her for all your Mortage needs.
