Don’t depend on it solely ### 2/5 — Decent for Practice *2024-03-22* You’ll only see a few of these questions on the exam if any I find it to be slightly outdated as some of the questions were from from codes changing in the 2020 book. Found it good for getting used to exam type questions but wouldn’t recommend only using this to study. Also some answers were different post 24 hours. Proceed with caution if using this as a tool to prepare for plumbing red seal. Better off spending your 60$ on the ipt training manual. You will have to double check a lot of correct and incorrect answers and do your own referencing. So you might as well study on your own without the app. I had high hopes this would be good but chatgpt might be a better study buddy. More accurate. **Developer response:** Hi! Our questions are created in house with our plumbing instructor team and we review questions weekly to refine and update them - that is probably why you saw different answers. In addition, it’s important to note that the exam is 50% trade knowledge based on our student research so you will not find code references for 50% of the questions. ### 1/5 — “Verify Account” *2026-01-02* You locked me out of my account for no reason at all other than to force me to buy your app again if I need to use it. I paid 60$ I want my money back. I even wrote a review using my email for a question you had wrong, actually multiple times. And when i go to “Verify My Account” it say my account doesnt exist under the same email I used to contact you about my problems. And you even gave me a response! This is clearly on purpose I will get as many people to report your app as possible unless I'm given a full refund I don't want my account back. ### 1/5 — Not a Red Seal Plumber *2024-03-20* Not one question is on the IP exam, not even one question from the the App. I got a 40%, 😢 based on what I already knew. I wasn’t expecting questions word for word. But they do make it seem like IP questions will be similar and not at all. It’s way to much money for a study tool. If you do get it make sure to do the full 125 question exams so you kinda know the time length it will take you. Really big fan of the instant feedback feature for the practice exams. The answer section needs to be improved drastically, anything involving fractions of numbers seems to incorrect quite often. For example, 1/2” will usually appear as 1 2” on the answer selection of the exams. I have also noticed some answers that have been blatantly incorrect. Anything I have noticed as incorrect we have sent to the developer.
