Tells me oem parts don’t fit and it is CONSTANTLY “dealing with an issue, please try again later”. Then the developer responds asking to email the inept customer service to “investigate further”. I’m sure that I’m not the only person that can’t afford to replace the one that we have with a newer version. I am unable to sign into the Canadian tire site to make purchases because it never recognizes my password. It wants me to reset the password, which I do, and it doesn’t recognize it. Customer service told me that it’s a glitch and I should use the website. I tried that and the website is forcing me to go to the app. Which does not work. Do better Canadian tire. Keeps looping between “the app. has been updated” and theApp Store where the message is “needs iOS 16” . This means that CTC expects me to buy a newer iPhone because iOS 15.8 is the highest my iPhone will update to.
