Having a UI like this should be illegal ### 1/5 — Adds tip by default *2023-06-09* Users be aware they add a tip by default when checking out. There is no way to verify if employees get this or not. ### 2/5 — Apple Pay *2025-11-20* Needs Apple Pay ### 2/5 — Waiting to long *2023-11-17* The purpose for ordering ahead is for it to be ready when you get there not have to wait for it to be made. Great coffee just don’t like to have to wait so long. ### 2/5 — Good app, but not menu accurate *2023-04-25* The app works well and functions as intended. The biggest downside is that they offer all the options for every drink, even if they aren’t actually available. For example, they don’t sell cold brew in decaf. But they will let you order it, and pay for it, and then go pick it up and find out they don’t sell it. Need to make sure to only offer what is sold, in the app. ### 3/5 — Promo codes never work *2024-09-03* I love canal coffee but over half the time they advertise a deal or promotion, even if it says available in the app, there is no way to add the deal during checkout. It makes mobile ordering pointless during a promotion. Just a little frustrating! And when you’re paying for a mobile order with a gift card and have multiple gift cards, it doesn’t show you your balance on the gift cards during checkout. ### 3/5 — Needs a lil tweaking *2023-08-02* I like the app and the layout of it is very user friendly. One suggestion is to allow the previous order history to display when purchasing in store and not just for online ordering. Also I don’t see a menu in the app, but maybe because I always drive to my nearest location to order?
