## What is Canals?

Canals ASAP is a two-way material management system connecting contractors with their preferred suppliers in real time. From the jobsite, use the Canals mobile app to build a material list by typing it in, snapping a photo of a handwritten list, or recording a voice note. ASAP converts any format into a clean, structured request then routes it to a foreman or superintendent for review and approval. Stay connected to the office, your purchasing team, and your distributor with no re-entry and no lost paperwork.

With the Canals mobile app you can:

- Build material lists by typing, snapping a photo of a handwritten list, or recording a voice note
- Get a clean, structured list automatically, no manual cleanup
- Search materials with autocomplete that learns your most common items over time
- Submit requests for approval to foremen or directly to purchasing
- Track a request's status in real time, from submitted to approved to purchased

From the office to the field Canals keeps material moving.
