I was availing the Personal Ledger for my budget planning also. But yesterday, while I saw an option as DOWNLOAD LEDGER I clicked on it. then onwards Personal ledger is not opening. While clicking on the same, it suddenly shut down the whole app. In between, while I tried to add some transactions from passbook, the attached screenshots were displayed where you can view some blank ledgers also created. I doubt this is also connected to the bug.
