I draw my pension from your Rajarajeshwarinagara Branch, Bangalore 560098. I have not been able to activate the Canarites app or the Candi app. My overseas mobile number is registered with the branch and get notified regularly on pension credit and TDS deductions. The mobile registration does not work for any other activations. This is very frustrating and if I had and option to given a negative star I would give it a negative 10. Error shows that already registered on another device. I already uninstalled the application from previous mobile phone. Good app but funny login. Please fix, i had never used it again till today. I again installed on old mobile phone but old one also having longin failure. It shows that Such staff already registered on other device.
