They always “happen” to have a great hand, all the 2’s and red 3’s. Not frustrated though, only getting my time, no buying over here. ### 2/5 — Ganz nett *2026-07-05* Eigentlich ein nettes Spiel. Macht Spaß, aber man hat keine Chance, sich langsam durch Siege, ein Kontingent an Münzen aufzubauen, um durchgängig zu spielen, weil ganz offensichtlich ein Algorithmus eingebaut ist, der einen mal ein paar Spiele gewinnen lässt, und danach kriegen die Gegenspieler einfach so krasse Blätter, dass man all seine eingesetzten Münzen , die man als Einsatz für die Spiele braucht, wieder verliert. Das ist schon sehr auffällig und ist natürlich der Tatsache geschuldet, dass man die Leute damit zum Kauf von Münzen nötigen will. Da spiel ich aber nicht mit und wechsle dann immer zum Romme Treff. Nachtrag: man kann mir 1000 mal erzählen, dassdass es hier keinen Algorithmus gibt. Ich bezweifle es. Mal gewinnt man 5-7 mal hintereinander und im nächsten Moment macht der Gegenspieler fünf mal hintereinander zu Ende aus der Hand. Da kann man ein erfahrener Spieler sein oder auch nicht, am Ende verliert man sämtliche Münzen. **Developer response:** Hallo Morond, vielen Dank für deine Bewertung. Neu laden funktioniert leider nicht. Ich bin da wie in einer Endlosschleife. Ich kann noch nicht einmal die App löschen um sie erneut aufzuladen. Was ist zu tun, bzw. wie können sie mir helfen? It keeps saying “reload” which I have done and even forced quit the app and uninstalled the and reinstalled. Looking for a new Canasta app. ### 3/5 — Once loved app, now has issues *2026-06-19* I thought I finally found a great canasta app. Not many out there. This one has a clean, simple design that works well. It’s modern and fills the screen nicely. Few issues. You get so little coins when you win so it’s so easy to lose your coins fast. I have spent a week trying to build up by bank before playing but lose it fairly quickly. Also, when you go up in league to have a higher % of coins, you are in a different league to compete in for the next level. When you drops down really low in coins, you can never earn enough to stay or increase your position. I can play 100s of games a week and get no where. When you enter a game and it is searching for a match, you can’t close out before a player is matched. Would be a nice option as sometimes I hit the button in error. Biggest concern I have noticed lately is that it is programmed to choose who wins and loses. The Bots always win as they get the right cards. Why not make it random so skilled players can actually get to the top and play with other skilled players. Customer service is great. Please remove AI programming!! ### 4/5 — sehr gut, mit kleinen Ärgernissen *2026-06-12* Tolles gut gemachtes Spiel gegen echte Menschen. Gegen virtuelle Spieler geht auch. Spiele es gerne und oft. Leider braucht das Spiel sehr lange zum Laden …. das heisst am Anfang warten oder immer wieder öffnen und schließen. Das Drehrad ist super. Man erhält jeden Tag Münzen. Die Münzen 750 und höher kamen bisher vielleicht eine gute Hand voll Mal. Macht aber eigentlich nicht so viel aus. Tatsächlich ärgerlich ist: man kommt absolut nicht mehr ins Spiel, wenn man durch Wlan-Unterbrechung versucht das Spiel wieder zu öffnen. The graphics are beautiful and the game plays well, no glitches or holdups. But it is obviously programmed for the bots to win. No matter how much I play I'm constantly losing. And sometimes in five hands or less. It is nothing but frustrating to pull card after card that is useless while opponent gets perfect card after perfect card. You have to pay to play i'm constantly losing causes you to run out of points needed for the next game. Should you occasionally win You only get enough points for one game. Leider ist es wirklich schade, dass es oft mit seltsamen Dingen zugeht: der Gegner hat komischerweise fast immer 5-6 Jocker, während man selbst maximal einen hat. Komischerweise zieht auch der Gegner immer die passenden Karten, erhält überdurchschnittlich oft den Ablagestapel etc. So verliert man seine eigenen Punkte und müsste dann für Geld neue Spielpunkte nachkaufen. Too Expensive… *2026-05-10* Started out really liking this app but quickly found out that you can never get ahead. I have played over 900 rounds and still wasn’t able to win spring collection. This app is way too expensive. And when you do buy coins you lose almost every game you play. What is the point of having tandems if you can’t even get close to winning/buying the tandems in six days? You should be able to win enough coins to keep playing for a while. You can’t even play half of what’s offered due to coin packages being so expensive. Everything on here screams impossible. I think you just want people to pay to play every game/hand and it’s just very unaffordable for the amount of coins you get. Also do not spend one red penny on this ripoff game, your opponent will be switched out with a bot and you will lose time and again. Are there even real players you play against? There’s nothing I hate more than a game forcing you to play exactly what they want, even when you acknowledge that you understand how to play the game. I want to be able to update my profile, explore the app before I get sent in playing my first game. I played the first one, and then it should’ve let me go on, but it was forcing me into another game without giving me any options to quit. No thank you. ### 1/5 — Absolut unfair *2026-07-14* Die Karten werden so ungerecht zugespielt. Kann nicht sein das der Gegner 4x rote Karte erhält und noch 8x 2 inklusive Joker. Leider ist dies keine einmalige Sache. Nach einer Fristsetzung bevor ich auch komplett lösche ein neues Feedback- leider fällt es noch schlechter aus. Mittlerweile hat man kaum noch eine Chance überhaupt mal ein 4er Paar zu erlangen, die Punkte stehen absolut nicht in Relation - mehr Punkte Abzug bei verlieren als beim Gewinn genauso die Verteilung der Chips man erhält nicht das was man einsetzt. Zudem spielt man vermehrt gegen ki Spieler man hat einfach null Chance. Ich bin innerhalb weniger Tage von Punkte 19 auf 16 gefallen. Ich spiele dieses Spiel seit 30 Jahren an strategischen und logischen Denken fehlt es mit bestimmt nicht….Dieses Spiel ist die allergrößte Katastrophe und Abzocke. Bin mittlerweile bei einem anderen Anbieter da funktioniert es deutlich besser und ich gebe auch gerne wieder Geld aus. Übrigens ist es nicht im Canasta so schlimm selbst bei Romme von euch ist genau das gleiche Problem - im Übrigen braucht ihr keine Standard Antwort senden ihr habt eine sehr zahlungswillige Mitspielerin verloren und ich hoffe das sich andere Spieler anschließen damit ihr anfangt nachzudenken wenn euch das Geld ausgeht. **Developer response:** Hallo, danke für das Feedback!
