Also, once you tap the ready button it immediately makes a booking, with no confirmation step, so if you do that to try to see how long a taxi might be you’d better press cancel fast. ### 2/5 — What ever *2023-02-18, version 9.3.11* Tried booking an offered style of vehicle and both times got what we didn’t want. Small vehicles which meant we had to split our group both times. Absolutely rubbish service. ### 4/5 — Needs in app payment *2021-12-29, version 9.3.11* Great app but needs in app payment with ApplePay and for trip estimates to show before booking. ### 2/5 — More information in app services *2019-06-18, version 9.0.7* Maps are too basic not giving enough information and poor location markers that causes location inaccuracies Also we need more in app services such as a complaint button for safety and complaints relating to service ### 3/5 — Ok if taxi arrives on time *2019-03-05, version 9.0.7* I submit my bookings to the airport the night before my flight but the app seems to only submit the job to the queue 10 minutes before I’ve scheduled my pickup, which was ok when I was living in a high density suburb as the cabs would arrive within 10 minutes, but now I live in a lower density suburb it often takes the taxis more than 10 minutes to arrive to pick me up so I’m now having to allow extra time when making my bookings and just accept having to wait longer at the airport if the taxi arrives on time. ### 2/5 — Average *2018-11-27, version 9.0.7* New app is not as functional as previous. For example the cab driver didn’t get my unit number in the booking even though it showed me that the booking included the unit number. The track driver didn’t update it said the car was 20 minutes away & didn’t change even when the driver actually arrived. ### 3/5 — Needs some work *2018-03-01, version 8.3.7* Can spend 10 min waiting for the taxi , then changes to next closest taxi, all the while status says 2 mins away after 5 mins. Bugs with app returning an error or 'could not connect', but yet books a taxi. A couple of very unhappy cab drivers even though I didn't realise I had done anything wrong. No accountability taken by AerialCG as it wasn’t in Canberra despite the amount being taken through their app. Don’t seem to know who has access to the app and therefore stored credit details. Requests for assistance through the app feature were ignored. I think this is a false site. ### 1/5 — Useless. Take Uber *2023-06-17, version 9.3.11* We book a maxi taxi for a family of four with travel luggage. Normal taxi turns up. No idea about the maxi request or whether another taxi is coming. Had to book a second taxi. Never using again. Then I tried to use it and it asked me to sign in or register. I tried signing in but it kept telling me that my username or password was invalid, even when I’d reset my password and I’d tried to re-register (which it wouldn’t let me do because it said I’d already registered). This was good but now is not. ### 1/5 — Worst App *2017-11-19, version 8.1.2* Kept getting errors and it says that they don't service my area, even though I've used these taxis plenty of times before. Map doesn't work properly, after entering an advance booking it says unable to connect but usually books anyway, despite not showing up in active or past bookings. Tracker has never worked always shows location as the middle of ocean. I can see taxis around me and see where is the one that I booked. I also called the driver directly from the app to let him know exactly where I was. Taxi was sent to a different address to what I entered. The regular booking said there was an error and I had to repeat the booking. When I repeated the booking it said I already had a pending but it did not appear in the 'my bookings' section. Then two taxis came Ronny house.
