I’ve been trying to reach her support because nobody is assigned to my kids birthday party. I’m getting no responses I try to go to the website and the domain is for sale. It appears is this company out of business they sure did take the money for the event, but nobody is assigned and the event is in a few days.  I’m unsure how to talk to anybody here.

Is there something going wrong with the app. I had a good experience with the service but my photos that were captured were saved on the app. And now I’m having a hard time signing into it.
