I love the app but had to upgrade the new version, which has all the same characters but you lose ALL your history and ALL your gems from the previous version.🤬

So, if you want to earn more gems, they say go premium. But when you do, your daily log in gems switches to 1 per day. And an additional 1 if you watch an add. Ohhh and every add after that only give 1 gem. I have a no premium account that earns enough gems to get a few lines of conversation a day. And a premium that has to wait a week. Ohh and yes I did uninstall and reinstall. That’s not a fix for your thievery

Get propelled from another app that no longer exists on the store to this one and had some issues but resolved by the customer service and all data transferred. The app itself is decent though the ui is something to be desired
