Every time I open app and use Face recognition to login it requires me to either send a code via phone no. or send email to register device. After registering  device Then trying to log in again whether an hour later or a day later it won’t remember registered device. This not the case on my iPad only on iPhone with latest updates to bot app and IOS Wish you would fix this because it wasn’t always this way.

I’ve used this app since it came out but ever sense Apple came out withe IOS 16 the app or my iPhone won’t remember my device and constantly have to get a secure no. to login. It’s been over a year that a new version came out and support is nonexistent. By the way it works fine on iPad with version 16.

I have used this app for years and it has worked great.  However, after upgrading to IOS 16 the app device registration doesn’t seem to retain my device.  Every time I log in to the app it always prompts my for a security code. After the security code is accepted I am prompted to either register the device or not.  I always select register.  I have to repeat that process every time I log in, even if I sign off and close the app and immediately log back in. Please look into this IOS 16 issue with your app.
