Every time. Sometimes I’m lucky to get some prints out. I was so excited when I got it and if it worked correctly, it would be 5 stars. My problem is the app crashes literally constantly. I can’t even get a photo open to print before it crashes. I can’t use the “Print with Canon” shortcut from my photos app. I originally was using the app on an iPhone 12 Pro Max and hoped that the issue would resolve when I upgraded, but that time came and now with a 17 Pro and it’s no different. I can’t switch photo albums to find the photo I want, it just loads for a minute and then crashes. My only hope to printing a photo is if it is the most recent picture in my camera roll and I can click through the process within a few seconds. Even then, the app will crash several times before I successfully make it through and print.
